FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Do you accept returns and which items are eligible?

• Passion Fruit Beachwear will accept returns of full priced merchandise that adhere to our return requirements up to 21 days after you receive your product. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return. Please see our return policy for more information.

2. Do you accept exchanges?

• At this time Passion Fruit Beachwear does not accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item you may return it and reorder the desired size.

3. Are the return shipping costs my responsibility?

• Yes. You are required to pay the return shipping fees. In the event you are returning a damaged item that meets the criteria listed in our damage policy, the new item will be sent to you at no cost.

4. How soon will I receive my refund for a returned product?

• Please allow up to 8 days from the day Passion Fruit Beachwear receives your returned item for your refund to be processed and issued.

 

 

 

 

1. How should I wash my Passion Fruit Beachwear products?

• All swimwear should be hand washed separately in cold water with mild soap immediately after use. Lay pieces flat or hang to dry.

2. Do your bathing suits fit true to size?

• Each bathing suit style is unique and the fit of each style will vary. However, Brazilian bikinis traditionally run small. If you are unsure of your size, please refer to our size chart for information regarding general measurements and sizing

 

 

1. When will my package arrive?

• Shipping times vary by location. Please use the tracking number assigned to your order to monitor your package’s arrival. Estimated delivery times by country can be viewed here.

2. Where do you ship your products from?

• All products are shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

3. Where do you ship to?

• Passion Fruit Beachwear ships worldwide.

4. Will there be Duties & Taxes?

• The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

 

 

 

 

1. The item I want is out of stock. Will you receive more?

• We are not sure if we will have the item back in stock. While some products can be restocked, we strive to offer new styles and colours regularly, and therefore many items may not be available for restock. If you would like to be notified as soon as a particular item is back in stock, create an alert on the product page by selecting your size and inserting your email. If your desired size/item comes back in stock, we will be sure to email you.

2. I placed an order but would like to cancel it. How can I do that?

• If you would like to cancel an order that has been paid for, please contact our Customer Service department at Info@passionfruitbeachwear.com If your order has not yet been packaged or shipped out, you will receive an email confirmation of your cancelled order, and a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. If your order has already been packaged or sent out for delivery you will need to follow our return process once you have received the item(s).

3. Can I purchase different sizes for the top and bottom?

• Yes. All of Passion Fruit Beachwear’s swimwear are sold as separates, allowing you to mix and match styles as well as sizes.

4. I received the wrong product and/or size. What do I do?

• We sincerely apologize if the order you received was incorrect. Please contact our Customer Service department at Info@passionfruitbeachwear.com and provide photos of the product you have received.
