RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Passion Fruit Beachwear. While we hope that you will love your new beachwear and/or accessories, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase of full priced merchandise, we will gladly accept your unworn/unwashed items for return within 21 days. Returned merchandise is eligible for a full refund of the original amount paid, and will be credited to your original method of payment.

At this time Passion Fruit Beachwear does not accept exchanges. If you would like to purchase a different sized item, you may return your original purchase, and reorder your desired size.

PLEASE NOTE: Sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return. 

• If you wish to return an item, please review our return requirements to ensure your product is eligible for return.
• If your item is eligible for return, print this form and include it in your package.
• Please fill out the form accordingly and place the new item(s) with tags attached inside the original packaging.
• You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping.

PLEASE NOTE:
• Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
• Please allow up to 8 days from the day Passion Fruit Beachwear receives your returned item for your refund to be processed and issued.

• We accept returns up to 21 days after you received your product.
• Returned products must be in brand new condition, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. No makeup stains, bronzer, deodorant marks or perfume will be accepted.
• All beachwear must be returned with their original hygienic protection liner on and with all original tags attached.
• Due to hygienic concerns, items without their original hygienic protection liner, and items that are soiled, will not be accepted for return. It is at Passion Fruit Beachwear's discretion to decide if the returned bathing suit has been soiled. If a bathing suit is found to be soiled, it will be returned to you at your own expense.
• You are responsible for all shipping charges for returned merchandise. Passion Fruit Beachwear is not responsible for the parcel while it is being sent back. It is strongly suggested that you send it to us with a tracking number, as our team is not responsible for lost parcels.

Passion Fruit Beachwear guarantees its clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 30 days from the original shipping date, as long as you follow our care instructions.
Please note that each piece of swimwear undergoes a quality check before it is hand packaged by a member of our team to ensure there is no manufacturer damage or defect upon delivery. In the event that your swimwear sustains damage or defect within the first 30 days, we will happily exchange the item at no cost to you.

If you would like to exchange a damaged item please use this form, and follow the instructions listed below. If your damaged item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued for the original amount paid.
